All people have different needs. Intervals between cleanings can vary between two to eight months. We work with each of our patients to optimize personal oral care to minimize the need for professional care.
We will set aside enough time to treat your needs in an unhurried manner. Appointments can range from a few minutes to over an hour.
For an immediate need, we will have you fill out a health form, determine what your problem is and arrange to treat it as quickly as possible. If you need to establish continuing care, we will start with a private meeting with the dentist to determine the best way to get you started, take any necessary records—including digital x-rays and photographs—and begin the process of welcoming you as a new patient to our office.
Experts agree that a child should start seeing the dentist between the ages of one and one-and-a-half years of age. If you notice anything unusual before that, your child should be seen by a dentist immediately.
